Continuous learning
The skill coach and his assistants guarantee a process of continuous learning. Our entire staff receives adequate and far-reaching training in Insurance. Our customers are divided in groups per field. Staff will be assigned to one of the field groups after intensive training. This way they are prepared for a specific customer group and we can always guarantee a professional follow-up.
