Job description
After an intensive training you will handle the incoming communication of companies and liberal professions (doctors, lawyers …). This can be by telephone, e-mail, fax and multimedia channels.
You start with 1 customer or a limited customer group and you will gradually receive more training, with the guidance of a mentor.
You collect, interpret and register data during the call, either in the internal CRM package, or in an external application such as e.g. SAP. Then you can make appointments and/or dispatch data to the customer according to a tailor-made script for each customer.
In other words, you will be able to conduct a communication throughout the consecutive steps of the CRM package and communicate tactically to keep customers alert: simple and to-the-point. You have a good insight in administrative processes.
You register every action you perform in the CRM package.
tasks
- Smoothly handling inbound communication traffic (telephone, e-mail, fax, multimedia channels)
- Dispatching calls according to script and availability of the customer
- Passing on registered data to the customer by telephone, e-mail, multimedia channels
- Request and handle the necessary computer applications and data files
- Follow-up/verify any messages/communications that were not finalised
- When you are a fully trained employee, assist/coach new employees

- You speak perfect Dutch & French, good English
- You are looking for a stable working environment
